Shipment processing time
We personally hand your orders over to UPS and USPS. Here's how this works:
If you order on a weekday before 12pm EST we'll fulfill and ship out your order the same day (we say 2-3 business days but usually it's faster). Please keep in mind when we say "ship" we don't mean deliver.
That means we'll get your order on the road within that time frame.
Anything order on a weekday after 12pm EST will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day unless requested otherwise.
If you order on a Friday evening or early Saturday morning we can sometimes get your order fulfilled and shipped on Saturday, however, you typically won't see movement until Monday afternoon.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered during the weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing an increase in orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

The total shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
UPS Overnight: 1-2 business days
UPS Freight: 4-7 business days
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
* Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur with shipping carriers.
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipping, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs & Taxes
Way Back Arcades is not responsible for any taxes or customs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Way Back Arcades is not liable for any orders and products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier used for shipment to file a claim.
