RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Way Back Arcades. If you need to return or exchange your order, we've got you covered. Our "no questions asked" return policy offers you a refund within the return period, which varies depending on your purchase:
- 60 days for our PowerMini handheld arcade
- 6 months for our PowerConsole tabletop arcade
- 60 days for game controllers and other accessories
What that means is as long as you received your order and tried it out we'll give you a refund without questioning your motives or integrity. We may ask what happened but that's to spot any bad trends and to correct any possible issues.
As long as you can tell us what you didn't like about the product or what was wrong we will provide you a pre-paid return label to send it back unless the product arrive damaged which in that case we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. However, if you don't return everything that came with your purchase, like chargers, cables and adapters, we will deduct a $50 restocking fee from your refund for the PowerMini, a $150 restocking fee from your refund for the PowerConsole and a $25 restocking fee from your refund for any accessories. If the product is returned damaged, you may only receive a partial refund.
You trusted us as a business, we'll trust you as a customer.

To complete your return, please reach out to us at support@way-back-arcades.com and provide us a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Last thing, all that we ask is you contact us first, be respectful as we'll be incredibly respectful in kind.
Shipping
To return your product within the return period, reach out to us at support@way-back-arcades.com. We will provide you with a free return shipping label. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us or your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 on your own, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a trackable service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@way-back-arcades.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Within the return period, we will replace items that are defective or sustain shipping damage. To begin the exchange, send us an email at support@way-back-arcades.com.
